Lisa Ryall is the founder, Director and principal trainer of Our Secret Aesthetics and Director of Dorchester Aesthetics Centre. Highly qualified as a CIDESCO, B-Confed, AAD, MHBth, SAIBTh Lisa has over 27 years experience in training the Art of Permanent Make-up. With her wealth of experience and dedication she has trained many successful Artists.

Full confidence

All training is conducted with one on one, hands on tuition at your own salon or at our training facility in Dorchester. Guiding the most nervous students to experience all that Permanent Make-up has to offer.

All training is conducted under the strictest guidelines as directed by the SPCP USA.

Lisa believes that Permanent Make-up is a combination of art and science, that learning is a process and that the level of confidence with which one proceeds following training, can be measured and linked to the tuition received. The models which you select to work with, will create a good platform for you to launch your career in permanent cosmetics. Lisa is proficient in all forms of Permanent cosmetics such as Rotary , Micropigmentation, Tattooing and Microblading manual techniques. There is also a number of advanced training courses, workshops and seminars held throughout the year.

Comprehensive training Kit

Fundamental training kits are designed to enable the Technician to reimburse their investment by the amount of treatments they can perform from their kit itself.

Advice and support

Lisa is available during normal office hours to guide and support you through social media messaging, email and face time. No question is to small, if you need to ask then Lisa needs to help. 

Lisa prides herself in taking care of all her trainees and assisting them wherever possible, as well as updating her own knowledge on a continuous basis. Once training is complete, Lisa will be available to you during office hours via telephone or e-mail should any queries arise.

Accredited certificates are awarded to all successful trainees. Extra training sessions are available to all trainees until all course criteria is successfully met.

We don’t give ‘courses’ we train Professionals

Fundamental training courses are conducted with no more than 2 students per course at the Dorchester Aesthetics Training Centre or personalised 1 on 1 training at your own salon.
